7-Day Return Policy:

Lifetime Buy-Back Policy:

  • The company offers a buy-back policy for solitaire and solitaire jewelry purchases.
  • Solitaire diamonds can be bought back at 80% of the prevailing market value, up to a limit of Rs.300,000.
  • Solitaire diamonds over Rs.300,000 can be listed for sale on the company’s website at a price set by the customer.
  • The company also offers a lifetime buy-back for solitaire mounts, with different rates for plain gold mounts and studded mounts.
  • The product must be in its original condition, and any signs of wear or damage may result in a reduced buy-back amount.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company and may be subject to change based on quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges for buy-back transactions are borne by the customer.
  • The prevailing market value in all cases will be solely determined by carat wheel and its decision will be final and binding for all parties concerned.

It is important to note that both policies have several restrictions, including limitations on the maximum value of products eligible for returns or buy-backs and exclusions for customized jewelry, international orders, and certain types of diamonds. Customers should review the full terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. 

LIFETIME EXCHANGE

The Lifetime Exchange policy of the Company allows customers to exchange any product purchased from the Company, even after 7 days, for a new product of their choice. However, there are certain conditions and limitations that apply to this policy.

Solitaire diamonds can be exchanged at 90% of the prevailing market value, subject to a limit of Rs. 300,000. Diamond jewellery can be exchanged at 90% of the prevailing market value after deducting the making charges, subject to a value limit of Rs. 3,00,000. Jewellery products consisting of both diamonds and gemstones can be exchanged at 85% of the prevailing market value after deducting the making charges, subject to a value limit of Rs. 3,00,000. All solitaire mounts can be exchanged at 80% of the prevailing market value of side diamonds and the prevailing market rate of gold after deducting the making charges.

The prevailing market value in all cases will be determined solely by the Company, and its decision will be final and binding for all parties concerned. The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, and submission of the invoice is optional for all exchanges under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.

If any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes, as applicable. The Company reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection. Shipping charges under the Lifetime Exchange policy shall be borne by the customer.

All customised / engraved jewellery products cannot be exchanged under the Lifetime Exchange policy. 3% GST (or the prevailing rate) will be deducted from the value of the exchange for all products.

Please note that the Lifetime Exchange policy is not applicable for international orders and Diamond Packs. Additionally, it is not valid for any solitaire diamonds that are M colour or below, I1 clarity or below, Strong or Very Strong Fluorescent diamonds, fancy coloured diamonds or for brown, green, and milky diamonds if the information regarding such a diamond has been provided to the customer at the time of placing the order.
